In “The Great Dragon,” the deceptive Satan uses governmental powers to cause nations to destroy one another, particularly Satan’s ultimate enemy: the nation of Israel. Dr. Stanley tells us that when Satan’s ungodly nations attack Israel during the tribulation period, God will protect His chosen people. Once Satan knows he cannot touch the spirit of those who are eternally secure in Christ, he will do everything possible to keep those people from worshipping God.
